Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). | |
I received the wrong product. | |
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. | |
How do I return my product? | |
If you want to return an item, you will need to contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization. For some items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Contact customer service for details and instructions at (800) 342-4533. |
